How to print labels and business cards
Last updated: 5 November 2026
Business cards: 10 on a sheet
- Choose a business card template, or start a blank Business card page.
- Type your details once in “My details” and they are filled in for you. Add your logo there too.
- Click Print and choose “Fill the sheet”: as many cards as fit, with cut marks. Or choose Labels and a business card sheet such as Avery C32011 (A4) or 8371 (Letter).
- Print at a scale of 100% on card.
Labels: the same label, or a different one each time
- Start a page the size of one label (or choose a label template).
- For the same label everywhere, just design it. For addresses or names from a list, use Merge first (see the mail merge guide).
- Click Print, choose Labels, then your sheet’s code: it is printed on the packet, like L7160 or 5160.
- Print one test sheet on plain paper and hold it against a label sheet to check before using labels.
If labels don’t line up
- In the print window choose “Actual size” or a scale of 100%, and turn off “Fit to page”.
- Check the paper size: A4 sheets on an A4 setting, Letter sheets on Letter.
- Some printers shift everything by a millimetre or two. Leave a little space around the text on your label design.
